Wai Yee is a Senior FP&A Consultant with over 15 years of FP&A experience across asset management and other financial services, including Blackrock, Invesco and Barclays.
She works with Executive Committees to deliver strategic change and transformation, including providing financial insights and modelling on new divisions, products, profitability and benchmarking. Her experience ranges broadly across organisational change, restructuring, acquisitions and revamping of budgeting/forecasting processes in rapidly changing environments.
She is increasingly involved in building and leading new FP&A teams, mentoring and training teams to enhance business partnering capabilities, strategic engagement with the business and influencing change.
