Agility in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is more crucial than ever. Despite technological advancements, we still see significant gaps.
The 2024 FP&A Trends Survey shows that only 22% of organisations can run scenarios in real-time, a key measure of agility. Just 35% of FP&A time is spent on high-value activities, while more than half still rely on Excel. Over 50% of organisations take more than five days to produce forecasts, and only 19% of FP&A teams rate themselves as "optimised." There's a clear need for change.
Join the face-to-face Amsterdam FP&A Board on September 23 to discover strategies and techniques for achieving true FP&A agility.
The International FP&A Board was founded in London, UK, in 2013 to define and promote best practices in modern corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. Since then, chapters have launched in 33 cities across 19 countries, shaping global trends and advancing the profession through practical insight and peer-driven discussion.
The Board plays a key role in our global research programme and was instrumental in developing the FP&A Trends Maturity Models — frameworks now used around the world to guide transformation initiatives. These models have been adopted internationally, translated into multiple languages, and continue to evolve through global Board input.
This meeting is exclusive to senior finance professionals currently in role — including CFOs, FDs, VPs and Heads of Finance — representing organisations with revenues from £0.5 billion and above. Attendance is strictly limited to 30 participants to ensure high-quality interaction.
Meetings are complimentary, vendor-agnostic, and by invitation only.
