- IPO preparation and ultimate sale of Ulthera, Inc. for $600M.

- The strategic transformation of a 110-year-old company, Merz KGaA, from a pharmaceutical to an aesthetics medicine company with revenue of $1BN within two years.
Manasi holds an MBA from the London Business School and an MS in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from Rutgers University.
