Michael Nudelmann is the Director Controlling / Head of Corporate Financial Planning and Analytics at SWAROVSKI.
He is a strong finance leader with deep experience in all performance management cycle areas. Michael is a Zurich FP&A Board member.
Currently responsible for the financial planning process of the Swarovski Group (strategic target setting, mid-term plan, rolling forecasts and annual target setting), including reporting to the Executive as well as Supervisory Board.
Michael is leading the transformation of the financial planning process at Swarovski towards Driver Based & Predictive Planning, Rolling Forecast.
