Dear colleagues,
“Uncertainty is very much a part of the world in which we live.” (Michael A. Bean, Probability)
One look at the world we live in today shows this has never been more true, and in recent days, yet another black swan event has come to pass.
In Financial Planning & Analysis, we need to think about how best to plan for this world of ever-increasing uncertainty. We know that integration and agility are crucial, and these are topics we explore in this digest.
To thrive under the next normal, it is also essential to understand key benchmarks and trends. We have designed our survey 2022 to do just that, and I would like to invite you to participate. Your responses will help guide us through the uncertain times ahead, and you will be the first to receive the final report. Click here to take part.
In this issue, you will also find the results of FP&A Trends survey 2021 into planning and forecasting methods; an article about successfully implementing agile approaches; a guide to the benefits of FP&A integration; and a video exploring the skills FP&A teams need in uncertain times.
At the bottom of the digest, you will find details of our upcoming global webinars. I look forward to seeing you at one of these events soon.
Take care and enjoy the issue!

Join the thousands of other practitioners in defining the future of Financial Planning & Analysis. It will take approximately 10-12 minutes, and in return, you will be the first one to receive the final report.
