Larysa Melnychuk
Larysa is a leading FP&A professional and influencer. She held senior roles at top organisations such as Invensys, Key Bank, and Combined Insurance, before establishing the International FP&A Board in 2013. A high-profile global thinktank, the Board aims to identify and promote new trends and best practices in modern Financial Planning and Analysis. Larysa has successfully expanded the Board into 27 chapters in 16 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and North America.
Larysa is also the founder and CEO of the FP&A Trends Group, the leading online resource for FP&A professionals. She chairs the Global AI/ML FP&A Committee and runs a number of high-profile initiatives in the area of modern financial analytics.
Holding a Master of Science, Larysa has a highly numerical background. She is a qualified chartered management accountant (CIMA) and chartered global management accountant (CGMA), as well as holding an FP&A certification. She is also a member of the exam content writing team for the Association of Finance Professionals (AFP) FP&A certification.
Larysa is also a passionate conference speaker, and writes articles on various FP&A-related subjects – many of which you will find on the FP&A Trends website.
Jonathan Yahalom
Jon Yahalom is DataRails Head FP&A Solutions Consultant. He had a 17 year career in FP&A working in companies such as PepsiCo and ThermoFisher Scientific, as well as Supply Chain and Process Improvement responsibilities. Jon shifted gears and joined DataRails to take advantage of an exciting opportunity to participate in the early stages of a new type of solution for FP&A. With his understanding of the challenges that the FP&A industry faces Jon has implemented the solution for hundreds of FP&A teams.
Jim Boswell
Jim is a 20-year corporate finance practitioner who has worked primarily in the retail industry. He has established driver-based modelling platforms at several companies, transforming static budgets to dynamic forecasts. Jim has also twice migrated Excel models into formalized FP&A software solutions. He currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
Tomasz Klimek
Tomasz is a Finance Professional with almost 30 years of experience in large multinational companies including DuPont, Coca-cola, British-American Tobacco, Tesco, Akzo Nobel. Most of the roles were in the area of Management Accounting, FP&A, Business Partner. He has large experience with the implementation of ERP, BI, FP&A software. Tomasz is CIMA qualified and has master’s degree in International Trade.
