Senior finance leaders met at the 4th face-to-face Copenhagen FP&A Board on April 27th 2023. This meeting signified the restart of the International FP&A Board in the capital of Denmark after the Pandemic.
Ole Lauritsen
Ole Lauritsen has multiple years of experience leading Finance teams locally and in different geographical locations, with a constant focus on the efficient delivery of reliable and timely reporting. Further, he has extensive experience with the design of strong and efficient Finance processes and internal financial controls, as well as Business Partnering with stakeholders in different functions of the business.
In 2017-2020, he was part of a large business transformation project at Compass Group Headquarters in the UK. Here, they developed the future best practice business processes for Europe, supported by standardised System Architecture from SAP S/4 HANA. This has further refined his skills in designing optimal business processes and systems to support these processes and change management.
