The 35th in-person London FP&A Board convened on 23 January 2025. The agenda covered the two branches of AI that are used for decision-making, the vision for AI in FP&A and the human role in this new environment, supported by active discussions about challenges and opportunities experienced by the participants in their organisations.

A strategic business partner and expert in Group FP&A and financial systems, Julia drives change in FP&A and beyond. Julia has a compelling track record of embedding digital transformation and managing complex global projects. She collaborates with business stakeholders and IT partners to drive system, process, and data improvements while ensuring robust risk management, governance, and controls. Julia led the global change management effort in FP&A in BAT and Mundipharma to implement and optimise SAP BPC for S/4HANA and Wolters Kluwer’s CCH Tagetik systems, fostering financial excellence, enhancing planning and reporting, and empowering decision-making.
Most recently, as Finance Director of FP&A and Special Projects at Mundipharma, Julia facilitated cross-functional collaboration and ensured a seamless operational transition as part of a significant divestment initiative.
Julia exhibits a keen interest in utilising predictive analytics and generative AI and actively engages with AI thought leadership.
