On March 2, 2021, the AI/ML Committee embarked on a journey to redefine its mission, vision, and strategy. The primary focus was exploring how we could continue learning from AI/ML in FP&A. We aimed to expand the committee's exposure to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. To achieve this, we extensively researched the best practices and delved deep into leading case studies.

We also assigned specific roles to the committee members to optimise their contributions. Each person had a defined responsibility aligned with their expertise, allowing them to make meaningful contributions based on their strengths.

The meeting was wrapped up by outlining the next steps. The AI/ML Committee discussed how to implement the insights gained from AI/ML into our FP&A practices and identified areas for further exploration. With a clear roadmap in place, we closed the meeting
