- Johnson Controls (Automotive)
- GEA Group (PE owned),
- Electrolux (Home appliances)

He lived and worked in multiple regions, incl the EU and Asia.

As a  true business partner, Paul develops and implements finance strategies that support growth and profitability. 

Next to finance, Paul had leadership roles in IT and Sourcing.

Having been in an operational business role helps him to understand the business needs and value drivers. He has a passion for transformation and driving change. His experience in IT and Digital Transformation is an additional asset. As a people leader, he enjoys building high-performing teams.
