Jonathan is a highly experienced senior finance leader with experience of leading Finance Departments of global listed entities and of working within practice in financial advisory roles. 

Jonathan has significant experience in advising listed companies, private equity houses and large and medium sized private companies on both buy and sell side transactions. He spent several years working as a manager within the Corporate Finance Advisory Department at Deloitte in London. There he worked on deals including M&A transactions, MBOs, IPOs and other capital fund raising transactions including global depository receipts, bond issues and rights issues. Deal values involving listed entities typically ranged from $800 million to $5 billion. 

He trained with Deloitte in London and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a First Class Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
