Hector brings a portfolio of revolutionary Finance skills and Accounting intelligence within many global organizations and industries. For the past 15 years, he has been leading all FP&A global tasks and has become a tactical partner to senior management as well as to business line leaders. Throughout his career, Hector has been disrupting conventional ways to lead the strategic planning processes involving annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-range plans by incorporating best-fit approaches, agile financial reporting structures, and integrating a collaborative culture while operating with a continuous improvement mindset.

Hector's success is driven by his passion to streamline and accelerate processes, automate reporting deliverables, close communication gaps and reinforce communication channels across all supporting functions, gain the trust and buy-in from stakeholders, and overall help others succeed. Being 'Passionately Curious' has allowed him to deliver more meaningful reporting, creative analytics, actionable insights as well as robust financial counseling to not only address requests but also influence executive decision-making.
 
Hector is a CPA and recently became a certified FP&A professional. In 2021, he completed an EMBA from Loyola University Chicago. Hector is also an active financial practitioner within the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), where he is part of the FP&A Advisory Council.
