Organisations are operating in the world of ‘unknown unknowns’. As they strive to adapt, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) has become increasingly important. FP&A teams must be agile and analytical. They have had to develop whole new ‘playbooks’ in order to overcome challenging changes, taking on roles that are not typical for traditional management accounting.

Hans Gobin, FCCA, MBA

Finance Director with over 20 years of experience in Financial reporting (Internal, External, PLC, Board), FP&A, Performance Management, Systems Implementation, Multinational Project managements, Transformation & Change Management, M&A, BPO & SSC.

Experience working in different company sizes ranging from Start-ups to large PLC and PE backed and experience working in various different sectors including manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, FMCG & Practice.

Founder member of the London International FP&A board regularly delivering talks on FP&A related subject matters.

Tanja Schlesinger

For the last 6 years I Tanja Schlesinger currently holds the position of VP OneSource Business Intelligence at Deutsche Bahn Regio AG. She drives the digitalization of DB Regio FP&A processes by developing a Business Intelligence platform with the aim for a true value driver-based planning and analysis.

Striving for transformation by implementing a true digital culture. Tanja is currently successfully setting-up Data Management and Business Intelligence tools supporting her organization for faster and better decisions with Standard Reporting, Machine Learning and AI Use cases in a cloud environment. Tanja aims at a high level of transparency to better predict the effects of change in value drivers.

Tanja’s drive for growth from scratch to implementation, her entrepreneurial thinking and acting also in political settings as well as her wide knowhow in the financial management of private and public companies make her proud to meet FP&A challenges concerning digitalizing its processes.

Michael Lengenfelder

Head of FP&A Product Management

Michael Lengenfelder joined the former prevero Austria GmbH 15 years ago as a consultant and has been part of the Unit4 FP&A journey ever since. He offers a broad range of experience and knowledge in consulting and FP&A applications. He became VP Business Unit Utilities in 2013, followed by Vice President Finance two years later, and finally Vice President Application Design in 2018.

Timothy Mhagama

Tim Mhagama is a Vice President Finance/ CFO of TE Connectivity Global Energy Business Unit. Tim is responsible for developing and implementing the financial strategy and execution discipline necessary to drive the BU’s financial direction.

Prior to joining TE in 2011, Tim served as Global Director of Finance and Controlling for Tier 1 Automotive Company HBPO since 2008 and as Group Financial Controller (Europe), for Magna Automotive Seating Systems from 2002.

Tim is a Mechanical Engineer (CVUT, Prague, Czech Rep.) and a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA, UK) and earned his MBA from Oxford Brookes University (Oxford UK).

Carlos Castillo

Associate Director - Head of FP&A/FBP Region Central, Southern & Eastern Europe (25 Countries).

Financial Planning & Analysis and Finance Business Partner leader with more than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Specialist in financial modelling and project management. Demonstrated proof of record working with international workstreams and leaders on streamlining complexity to most efficient processes. Excellent background partnering together with IT and Digital on continuous improvement big-data visualization projects. Strong capabilities in finance decision support and business strategy analysis fostering more than 100 product launches and indications with different GTM strategies and advising on investments optimizations in an agile framework. Expertise in International transfer pricing, Spanish GAAP and IFRS accounting. Effectively manages and develops direct teams as well as leading cross functional teams in big international projects. Catalyst leadership driving innovation and organizational evolutions and transformations.

Ulrike Porcher

Expert in HR management with almost 20 years of experience in executive search, leadership, change management, training and coaching. Results-oriented manager with a proven track record in managing international teams. Proven success in building organisational structures.

Has an excellent sense for new ideas and thought-provoking impulses and is passionate about finding solutions around new work to make the world of work more valuable every day.
