Justin Croft is not only the VP of Solutions Architecture at QueBIT but also a newly published author. His extensive business and technical background have been a cornerstone in aligning predictive analytics with corporate strategy, creating significant business value. With a career spanning multiple industries, he has developed deep expertise across Marketing, Finance, and IT functions.
Croft's commitment to customer analytics is evident in his approach to building a strong business case for analytics and delivering rapid ROI. His leadership in advanced analytics has garnered recognition from Information Week, the Association of National Advertisers, and IBM. A thought leader in the eld, he is a frequent speaker and panelist, sharing his knowledge on advanced analytics. His insights have reached a wide audience through publications by the Journal of Marketing Analytics and the American Statistical Association.
Adding to his list of accomplishments, Croft has authored the book “Win at Selling AI”, where he shares nearly two decades of his experience in the AI sales space. Croft, who holds both an MBA and a BBA from The University of Mississippi, resides in Jackson, Mississippi with his wife and three children.
Werner is passionate about people, process and technology management across Finance & Administration. Furthermore, he is able to motivate a team of professionals to go over and above. He believes in coaching with a collaborative approach whereby people are empowered and barriers to execution are removed. This management skill makes him a successful virtual leader. Experienced in aligning technology and business strategy with information management. Leading successfully change management programs into a large global organisation. International and global experience, skilled in navigating and creating effective partnerships in a diverse environment.
In October 2021, Werner started as Head of Finance, technology integration at London Stock Exchange group. Previously he led the Record to Report at Refinitiv, known as the Financial and Risk business of Thomson Reuters, a US$6 billion company focused on delivering critical information, analytics and news to professionals in over 100 countries worldwide. He was mainly based in Belgium and made a pit stop of several years in London, France and Luxembourg. He works on company strategic programs and is leading teams around the world. He hereby has expanded his experience in outsourcing and offshoring programs for both operational and technical services.
Paul is currently CFO of IMC Financial Markets. His team includes finance, accounting, procurement, tax, management reporting, advanced analytics, and treasury functions. He recently moved back to the US after 5 years working at our Amsterdam headquarters as Global Head of BP&A. Paul is passionate about building financial systems and teams. He received his MBA in Analytical Finance from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and his bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Miami University.
