Mr Zwerling is a high-tech serial entrepreneur with the past 25 years of founding and growing software companies across telecommunication, manufacturing, distribution, high data availability, predictive analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. He’s an innovator in AI and analytics as the inventor of EmeraldZ™ ML (that thinks through data vs trained by data) and Systematic Thinking™ methodology (for the application of analytics to solve business problems).

Mr Zwerling is at the vanguard of digital transformation and is considered a thought leader in analytics and a strategist in the deployment of AI. He is a global speaker and co-authored 100+ articles/research papers on analytics and the groundbreaking books “Implementing an Analytics Culture for Data-Driven Decisions” and “AI-Enabled Analytics for Business” (Wiley).

Mr Zwerling is the founder and managing director of Aurora Predictions, LLC, with the first AI-enabled analytics intuitive/zero code platform for forecasting and planning across finance, sales, operations, and supply chain that needs no data science/statistic skills or IT support.

He is co-founder and co-managing director of the Finance Analytics Institute, LLC, with its Analytics Benchmark Survey (a quantitative measure of the position and progress of an individual/organisation on the Roadmap to an analytics culture) and the Analytics Academy that teaches how to implement a culture of data-driven decisions. 

He has a Bachelor of Engineering (magna cum laude) in mechanical engineering, a Master of Science in mechanical engineering (major in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics), and a licensed professional engineer (mechanical engineering) in California.
