Larysa Melnychuk
Larysa is a leading FP&A professional and influencer. She held senior roles at top organisations such as Invensys, Key Bank, and Combined Insurance, before establishing the International FP&A Board in 2013. A high-profile global thinktank, the Board aims to identify and promote new trends and best practices in modern Financial Planning and Analysis. Larysa has successfully expanded the Board into 27 chapters in 16 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and North America.
Larysa is also the founder and CEO of the FP&A Trends Group, the leading online resource for FP&A professionals. She chairs the Global AI/ML FP&A Committee and runs a number of high-profile initiatives in the area of modern financial analytics.
Holding a Master of Science, Larysa has a highly numerical background. She is a qualified chartered management accountant (CIMA) and chartered global management accountant (CGMA), as well as holding an FP&A certification. She is also a member of the exam content writing team for the Association of Finance Professionals (AFP) FP&A certification.
Larysa is also a passionate conference speaker, and writes articles on various FP&A-related subjects – many of which you will find on the FP&A Trends website.
Roberto di Matteo
Roberto di Matteo is a Finance Professional with a passion for business, healthcare and innovation.
He worked in different countries around the globe (Italy, Switzerland, US, Austria and Netherlands) and he gained experiences from different finance roles in the pharma and diagnostics industry. With increasing responsibilities, he has led and been part of finance teams in Global HQ, R&D centers, Regional HQ and Country Commercial Affiliates.
Currently, Roberto is the CFO of Takeda Netherlands where he is responsible for finance and supply chain. Before Takeda, he worked for Roche after starting his career in audit and management consulting.
Thomas Peff
Director of Product Marketing at Workday
Tom has over 20 years of experience in financial, operational, advisory and principal investment roles.
He graduated from Princeton University with an AB in Economics.
Diana Groschupp
Diana is a finance professional with more than 20 years of international experience in Controlling, Planning, Reporting and Analytics as well as Transformation and Integration projects. Diana is experienced in setting up the FP&A organization and developing the FP&A team as efficient and valuable business partner. In her career Diana was also a strong contributor to the multiple reporting and analytics tools implementation, changing efficiently the landscape of the data alignment, utilization and presentation.
Diana has strong international experience, managing distant teams and living in different countries. As of now, Diana is located in Paris and is focusing on the transformational activities of the FP&A organization, developing further the FP&A capabilities as the trustful and reliable business partner.
Abdel-Rahman Selmy is Director Supply Chain Finance at Unilever.
He is a professional with 13+ years of international experience in developed and developing markets. He successfully led multiple finance teams to deliver performance while thriving for continuous optimization and change.
Abdel-Rahman is the New York FP&A Board member.
