Hans Gobin, FCCA, MBA

Finance Director with over 20 years of experience in Financial reporting (Internal, External, PLC, Board), FP&A, Performance Management, Systems Implementation, Multinational Project managements, Transformation & Change Management, M&A, BPO & SSC.

Experience working in different company sizes ranging from Start-ups to large PLC and PE backed and experience working in various different sectors including manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, FMCG & Practice.

Founder member of the London International FP&A board regularly delivering talks on FP&A related subject matters.

Mr. Rex Gu, CPA (Aust.), FCMA, CGMA, GAICD

Chief Financial Officer, Far East Operations

A.P. Moller - Maersk

Mr. Rex Gu is Chief Financial Officer of Maersk Group’s Far East Operations Centre, which consists of landside and ocean operations, procurement and supplier management across Korea, Japan, Russian Far East and Greater China.

Joined A.P. Moller - Maersk, a global leading logistics & supply chain company, as management trainee in 2007, Rex has accumulated his international career with commercial and financial leadership roles during his station in Hong Kong, Australia, Russia, Finland, Baltics, and Mainland China. Prior to his current Far East CFO role based in Shanghai, he was General Manager of Corporate Finance for Maersk's Asia Pacific Region based in Hong Kong, with financial responsibility over the region's revenue budget over US$13 Billion per annum.

Rex holds a MBA degree with distinction from The University of Manchester, and is currently pursuing Ph.D. with Università Bocconi. Being Full Member of CPA Australia, Fellow Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and Global Committee Member of AICPA, Rex is also Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has completed Executive Education Programs with Saïd Business School, Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and most recently INSEAD.

Bryan Lapidus

Bryan is the FP&A staff subject matter expert at the Association for Financial Professionals, a global not-for-profit focused on the success of the finance professional. AFP produces leading content through its conferences, certification, research guides, training, and networking.

Bryan creates and curates content to keep members current on developing topics and keep an eye on the future of the profession. He also manages the FP&A Advisory Council that acts as a voice to align AFP with the needs of the profession.

Bryan has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate FP&A and treasury space working at organizations like American Express, Fannie Mae and private equity-owned companies. He is also on the Global Advisory Board for The CFO Alliance. Bryan lives in suburban Washington, DC with his wife and two daughters.

Selveraja K

I have over 20 years of experience spanning both in accounting and IT profession. In SAP I am responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solutions which include Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC), BW/4HANA, SAP Analytic Cloud for Planning and Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM). Prior to SAP, I was in Oracle covering various roles - consulting, presales and solution architect. By profession, I am an accountant and audit specialist.

My industry experience covers Public Sector, Financial Services, Real Estate, Logistics/ Manufacturing, and Utilities.

Anna Brueva

Anna is the FP&A director at Royal Philips, a leading health technology company focused on improving people's health and enabling better outcomes across the health continuum from healthy living and prevention, to diagnosis, treatment and home care.

Throughout her 14-years career at Philips, Anna held various finance roles in accounting, management accounting and controlling, both in the market (Russia) and in the headquarters (the Netherlands). Anna’s primary focus in the past few years has been on cost optimization, FP&A teams’ formation and optimization, as well as enhanced analytics and process simplifications using LEAN methodology. Anna has managed a multi-regional and multinational team of FP&A experts as well as was setting up a new team in Chennai hub, India.

Anna holds a degree with distinction in accounting and audit and is a certified management accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants.

Anna is also passionate about personal development and growth, and since 2019 she is a certified professional coach (CPC), focusing on leadership development and transition. Anna holds leadership trainings and coaching both at Philips and outside.

Amanda Wu

Amanda currently heads-up the finance practice for Michael Page, and leads a team of 8 specialist recruiters in the team. Over the last 9 years with Michael Page, she has built a strong track record of success in helping corporates build their Finance teams, and she personally specializes in recruiting executive level finance positions including but not limited to CFOs, VP Finance, Finance Directors/Controllers, and other strategic positions. She has also recruited multiple senior executives to drive pre-IPO, Corporate Finance, and transformation projects to take the company to the next level. Amanda and her team covers all roles under the Finance & Accounting umbrella including FP&A, Operational Accounting, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax and Audit.

Svenja Amrhein

Svenja Amrhein is the country CFO and Licence to operate lead in the Roche Pharma Sweden affiliate. Roche is the world’s largest biotech company and a global pioneer in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics focused on advancing science to improve people’s lives. The combined strengths of pharmaceuticals and diagnostics under one roof have made Roche the leader in personalised healthcare – a strategy that aims to fit the right treatment to each patient in the best way possible.

Throughout Svenja’s 10 years with Roche she held various finance roles both at the headquarter in Basel,as well as in affiliates most recently in Sweden. Svenja is passionate about understanding the full value chain and to bring these insights to the table during conversations with the business partners.

Her strength is developing individuals to bring their full potential to work and to inspire teams to be truly value adding partners to their customers. Most recently her responsibilities got enhanced and now include not only finance but also a large part of the country Licence to operate functions, including compliance and Patient safety. Her vision is to enable a foundational support that enables the whole affiliate to perform at their best in service of patients.
