Striving for transformation by implementing a true digital culture. Tanja is currently successfully setting-up Data Management and Business Intelligence tools supporting her organization for faster and better decisions with Standard Reporting, Machine Learning and AI Use cases in a cloud environment. Tanja aims at a high level of transparency to better predict the effects of change in value drivers.

Remko Boer
Seasoned finance leader with 28 years of experience across Shell and Ernst & Young. Worked in roles varying from auditing/accounting to business partnering, performance management, commercial finance and value/risk management. In his current role, Remko is accountable for Integrated Performance Management including the Strategic and Operational plan for Shell’s Upstream business.
Remko is Certified Public Accountant/ Internal Auditor and holds a master’s degree in Executive Master Finance Control.
He is a Board Member in Amsterdam for the FP&A Trends Group.

Massino has 30+ years of international experience in the engineering, chemical and FMCG industries. Since 2014 he is the Director of Finance and Administration of Storck Deutschland KG. Before, he was responsible for full P&L in the Baltic States and Iceland and CFO at Storck Danmark A/S and Storck Sverige AB.
