Dr. Prashanth Southekal is a Data and Analytics Consultant, Author, and Professor. He is the Founder of DBP-Institute, a Data Analytics Consulting and Education company.
He brings over 25 years of experience from over 75 companies such as SAP, P&G, and GE. In addition, he has trained over 3000 professionals the world over in Data Analytics and Decision Science. Dr. Southekal sits on the Analytics advisory boards of Evalueserve (US) and Grihasoft (India). He is also an Adjunct Professor of Data Analytics at IE Business School (Spain), author of 2 books (Data for Business Performance and Analytics Best Practices), and is a blogger at Forbes.com, FP&A Trends, and CFO.University. He holds PhD from ESC Lille (France), MBA from Kellogg School of Management (USA), and MS from IIITB (India).
Dr.Southekal currently lives in Calgary (CA) with his wife, two children, and a dog. Outside work, he loves juggling and cricket.
