Himashi Soriano is Managing Director, APAC, for the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) based outside of Washington, D.C. in the United States. Soriano leads AFP's Asia division, building customer relationships and developing partnerships within the Asia-Pacific region. Soriano has been an integral part of helping treasury and finance practitioners achieve their career goals through its training and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Professional programs for over 15 years at AFP. Soriano holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and previously served as Director of Business Development and Director of Sales, Strategy and Operations.

Connagh has over 20 years of experience as a finance professional in the UK and Australia working within various sectors including property development, not for profit, retail and commercial fuel sales, television production and currently working at Western Power, a large utility.
Leading teams through organisational change and improving financial partnering, increasing commercial acumen and awareness within organisations is a passion.
As Head of Business Planning & Reporting at Western Power, she is responsible for the finance partnerships that deliver enterprise-wide performance reporting & analysis, consolidation of the 10-year business plans, budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking and business case estimations.
