Kerman is currently director of finance at Workday, and regularly speaks and writes about FP&A best practices. Prior to Workday, he worked as a key part of the Finance teams at Electronic Arts, Symantec, and Veritas Technologies.

Joao has expertise in blue-chip multinationals in senior finance and transformation leadership roles in supply chain and logistics, consumer, healthcare, telecommunications, building materials and private equity industries. Joao has operated in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Middle East and Africa.

Irina Steenbeek is a data management practitioner and coach with more than 11 years of experience. She assists executive data management (DM) professionals in assessing data management's maturity and performance, implementing or optimizing data management frameworks, and developing a data lineage business case. For that, I offer a ready-for-use step-by-step methodology.

Simon is Director FP&A at FedEx Express. His more than 30 years in various Finance roles have provided experience on a wide variety of topics, including Strategy Development, Talent Development, Performance Management, Project Management, Global System Implementations, M&A, Accounting & Controlling, Working Capital Management & Auditing.

He has lived in Denmark, Chile & the Netherlands and has worked with and managed teams across the globe. Simon is a strong believer in looking beyond the figures to truly understand the story behind them.

Franz Röösli is head of the Institute for Organisational Viability at the University of Applied Sciences Zurich (ZHAW). He researches, teaches and advises companies in the areas of organisational design, leadership and strategy. He holds a PhD in management sciences.

At the same time, he is a member of the core team of the Beyond Budgeting Round Table (BBRT), an international practitioner and research community of companies and researchers that addresses issues of future-oriented management and has developed the Beyond Budgeting management model.

Five years in the FP&A solutions space provided strategic and practical experience, where he worked on advanced client implementations across sectors. He has moderated and spoken about finance, people and technology at events and conferences.
