Natasha Rathee

SVP, Head of Finance at BlueRock Therapeutics (a subsidiary of Bayer)

Natasha Rathee is a biotech/biopharma executive leader with a remarkable two-decade career in financial and strategic roles. She currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Finance at BlueRock Therapeutics, a cutting-edge Boston-based clinical stage biotech company dedicated to combating degenerative diseases, such as Parkinson’s Disease, through innovative cellular therapies. BlueRock Therapeutics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayer. Natasha's role at BlueRock encompasses the oversight of many diverse functions in support of its mission, including accounting, treasury, financial operations, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), IT, and procurement / strategic sourcing.

Prior to her pivotal role at BlueRock, she previously held the role of the VP, Head of Finance for Bayer in Canada as well as a Global Business Development role enabling in-licensing and out-licensing partnerships and deals worldwide in many therapeutic areas.

Natasha's career prior to Life Sciences extends into the fast moving consumer-packaged goods (FMCPG) industry with impressive tenures at both Kraft Foods and PepsiCo where she worked through complex business challenges. Here, she honed her leadership and strategic skills in revenue management and strategy while progressing through various financial functional disciplines including manufacturing finance, FP&A, customer finance, sales finance and revenue management.

Natasha holds her undergraduate honors degree with distinction from the University of Toronto, her CPA designation in Canada and her MBA in International Business and Marketing from the Schulich School of Business.
