Ron Monteiro
Ron has 18+ years of extensive experience working as a Finance Executive in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. He has worked for Kraft Foods, Campbell’s, Kruger Products and was the VP of Finance for a Private Beverage Manufacturer.
He is a passionate Accountant & Finance Professional, Manager, Mentor, Teacher and Coach and is looking to share his experience and insights with students, entrepreneurs and new industry professionals.
Ron recently started his own training and consulting company focused on helping professionals within the Corporate world improve their Financial comprehension and leadership skills.
Over the past 12 years Karina has been able to gain extensive financial leadership experience. In her current role as a business unit CFO she is managing the financials of a growing business unit and a global team. Her focus is on improving processes, optimizing the bottom line, and fostering collaboration while constantly changing the status quo in a constructive manner.
Throughout her career, Karina worked in Germany and in the US, at a Fortune 500 Financial Services company, in Logistics and in Environmental Services. She has been part of building finance teams from scratch, which included developing and implementing financial processes, building budget tools and procedures, establishing regular forecasts, and developing meaningful KPIs. Karina also has experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and the post-merger integration of the finance teams and financial systems.
Pedro Thena
Pedro has over 20 years of extensive finance and management experience. Currently Pedro is the VP of Finance for Honeywell Process Solutions, where he leads a diverse finance team of over 250 people covering 100+ entities across the globe. Pedro lives in Houston, Texas, and enjoys spending his free time with his family. He is a big Real Madrid fan too, as the rest of the family.
Gregory Volpe
Over 26 years working with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) applications, software vendors, and professional services firms, specifically focusing on planning, forecasting, and analytics, across all verticals. With Workday, Greg has focused on working with FP&A teams to transform their planning processes with leading technology. Prior to joining Workday, Greg had experience working at several other software vendors including Hyperion and Tagetik. His CPM experience has primarily been implementation consulting, project management, pre-sales, product development, and product marketing. He has also been a FP&A professional himself with several organizations prior.
