The meeting was proudly sponsored by:

 Robert Half

The current business and economic environment are now fundamentally different. As organisations continue to adapt to the world of "Unknown Unknowns", FP&A’s role has become increasingly more important:

  • Budgets are long out of date and quarterly forecasts are less relevant.
  • Quick and flexible Scenario Planning and on-demand re-forecasting have become the "new norm".
  • FP&A teams are having to adapt quickly and develop new "playbooks" to prepare for the future.

The First Digital European (Germany and Benelux) FP&A Board discussed FP&A Digital Transformation: Moving from Traditional to Leading Stage. The speakers talked about FP&A transformation, driver-based planning, predictive and prescriptive analytics and the use of modern technology. During this digital event, we also discussed what skills are now required from FP&A professionals in the digital era.
