Dear colleagues,
As an English theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking said, “Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.”
For FP&A professionals, it is crucial to be able to move forward and act in accordance with the pace of business change. In this fast-changing world, it is all about developing "agility".
Agile FP&A allows organisations to adjust quickly to market changes while effectively managing and maintaining shareholder value. In this newsletter, you’ll find a variety of articles covering the concept, its main benefits, and practical examples of implementation.
Each year we conduct a global survey to identify the trends that are changing the FP&A profession. I am inviting you to participate in the FP&A Trends Survey 2022. Your feedback is highly valuable, helping us produce a comprehensive report on the current state of FP&A around the world. It should take you approximately 10-12 minutes or so to complete it.
At the bottom of this digest, you will find invitations to our two upcoming webinars.
I hope this digest demonstrates the importance of agility in FP&A in managing uncertainty.

As you already know, we have launched the 6th annual FP&A Trends Survey to gather statistics on issues that affect the entire FP&A community. Please take 10-12 minutes to complete our survey, and in return, we will share the final comprehensive report with you in July 2022. The results will help you to understand how your company compares to its peers and competitors across the globe, and to identify areas on which to focus to deliver value.
