In November 2022, the International FP&A Board restarted its face-to-face post-pandemic meeting in Dubai.
The strong leaders in the FP&A field gathered to discuss key lessons learned from the pandemic and how the future is evolving for the FP&A function.
It was the 16th location to discuss the lessons learned from the pandemic.
More than 25 senior finance professionals representing such companies as Hitachi Energy, Uber, GE Healthcare, Novartis, IQVIA, Essity, Parsons and many others took part in this dynamic discussion.
The Agenda of the meeting included the following:
FP&A for the “Next Normal”
Top lessons learned from the pandemic
Practical examples and case studies
Small groups work
Conclusions and recommendations
The most valuable conclusion is that the FP&A is constantly evolving to be up to speed with the fast-paced environment and satisfy business demands timely and cooperatively.
