Sainteli BOUENDA started his career at EY as an auditor and then worked at the WorldBank Group for 16 years covering various countries and different responsibilities. His last position was Deputy Head of Finance & Administrative department in a Worldbank subsidiary. Sainteli holds a Master’s in Economics from Marien Ngouabi university and an Executive MSc in Finance from HEC-Paris School of Management.
