Jagan Kallaganti is a finance and FP&A professional with over 12 years of experience in strategic finance, planning, and performance management across multiple industries. He is currently Group FP&A Manager at Questas Group, where he leads group-level board and management reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.

In his role, Jagan partners closely with senior leadership to identify key business drivers, develop long-term financial models, and deliver value creation initiatives focused on performance improvement, working capital, and cash flow optimisation. He also provides end-to-end support for M&A activities, including financial modelling, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.

Jagan is both a CPA and a Chartered Accountant, with strong expertise in FP&A, business partnering, and finance leadership in fast-paced environments.
