Isha is an accomplished finance professional with three years of experience in FP&A and five years in the Fintech Domain. Her primary focus areas are Process Optimization, Forecasting, and financial Modelling, as well as leveraging automation to transform processes. She is certified in Alteryx and Scrum and skilled in process and value stream mapping. She also spearheads employee training programs on Citizen Development that promote a continuous improvement mindset.

In the past year, Isha worked on two impactful ESG projects: Building a tool to report Carbon emissions and Supplier diversity to the leadership to help make informed decisions, and another one was a pro bono initiative of building an online presence for a new firm to help them secure funding for their decarbonization efforts.
