Vikram is VP Finance for Wealth Management at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). In this role, he is responsible for partnering with the RBC Wealth Management leadership team to drive strategic priorities, deliver business insights, and provide strong financial governance. Vikram leads a global team accountable for financial advisory, performance management and financial control activities.
Vikram has over 20 years’ experience in Financial services and Technology industry. Prior to joining RBC, he held a variety of increasingly senior Finance roles in Hewlett Packard (both in US & Canada) and Toronto Dominion Bank.
Vikram grew up in several different countries and enjoys re-connecting with friends from across the world. He is active in his community and mentors new immigrants to develop effective job search strategies and build their professional networks.

Guillaume Rachline
Guillaume Rachline is currently Vice President Finance at Walmart. He spent the last 4.5 years at Walmart Canada first overseeing FP&A, then leading corporate finance and he is now the finance head for eCommerce, merchandising, special projects and new revenue streams. Prior to Walmart, he held operational and corporate roles in both Finance and Strategy for a world leader in the chemical industry. Guillaume started his career in consulting and he graduated from HEC Montreal and Sciences Po Paris. He lives in Toronto with his wife and their 2 children.
