Laurent Claes
Laurent Claes is the Group Controlling Director at Yoox Net-a-Porter, part of the Richemont group, which owns several of the world's leading Maisons in the field of luxury goods, with particular strengths in jewellery and luxury watches.
Laurent, 44, is responsible for the consolidated FP&A Reporting and Analysis, Tech & Operations Controlling, as well as competitive analysis and benchmarking, both internal and external.
He previously held the role of Global FP&A Director at Cartier and Richemont Group FP&A manager. Prior to that, he was International Finance Manager for Carefusion, a medical device company which he joined after being on the management team for an ultimately doomed start-up and spent his formative FP&A years at Levi Strauss in Brussels and GE Capital in London.
Laurent received his Master’s degree from Antwerp University and has studied in the US (Middlebury College) and Japan (Jochi Daigaku).
He is married with two children and lives in Milan, Italy.
Maria Micu
Maria has 20 years capital markets and finance leadership experience, working on 2 continents. A qualified accountant (ACCA), she started her career in Big 4, auditing banks and financial institutions. Currently she is executive director in the Investment Management division of Zurich Insurance, acting as global Head of Business Performance Controlling and deputy CFO, in charge of the financial performance monitoring of the investment portfolio with teams located in 20 countries.
Paolo Guerrieri
Paolo is a Solution Architect for CCH Tagetik Switzerland, the Swiss Subsidiary of a global software vendor whose focus is Corporate Reporting Processes related to the CFO office.
During his career, Paolo led several projects related to financial reporting in a wide range of industries with specific focus in financial services as well as industrial Groups.
He started his career in Italy, at CCH Tagetik Headquarters. He then moved to France, contributing to successfully establish the local subsidiary. He also supported the development of the consulting teams in Benelux and in England. Since 2018, he’s based in Switzerland and working primarily with the Swiss team.
Paolo started off as an IT Engineer and subsequently attained Executive Master in Finance and Management Controlling. The mix of these two disciplines, together with his vast experience in a long list of projects, makes him a recognized expert in the sector of CPM.
He moved in the last years to a role in Pre-Sales, providing a key contribution to major sales cycles.
