The Coca-Cola Company’s recent global digital transformation initiative within their McDonald’s Division (TMD) has increased the company’s confidence in their data and enabled them to make better decisions faster.
In just 4 months they implemented their first use case (“app”) – a global P&L across 105 countries, connecting 100+ associates with centrally sourced assumptions and automated consolidation.
Over the next 12 months, TMD added multiple apps for business planning, quality and size-of-prize modelling in a unified ecosystem touching Finance, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain functions, transforming the way they plan and report.
