Mitan Patel is a CIMA-qualified accountant who now practises as a solution consultant/engineer in the SAAS technology space.

With over ten years of expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI), Mehdi has excelled as a consultant, practice manager, and solutions architect, focusing on software implementations for FP&A departments. His career is distinguished by a steadfast dedication to enhancing Financial Planning and Analysis through innovative technological solutions. In the past three years, Mehdi has broadened his scope as a presales consultant, venturing into the dynamic field of advanced technologies, notably AI.

Mark is one of the pioneers in the CFO consulting industry where he helps CEOs and CFOs get their organisations financially fit in times of growth, transition, and renewal. Mark jokes that he could not even spell FP&A until he became a valued added reseller for a driver-based financial modelling software partner. Today, he quarterbacks all FP&A efforts for the firms he advises. Before starting his consulting career, Mark began his career at KPMG in St. Louis, Missouri and served as a controller, CFO, and VP of Finance in private industry.

Tanbir is currently the Transformation Director at DWF. He joined in March 2023 and is leading a large digital transformation initiative across the finance function.

Tanbir has previously held finance leadership roles at organisations ranging from large multinationals to SMEs. He has also enjoyed a successful career as a Management Consultant at McKinsey, Big4 and Capgemini, where he delivered a broad range of projects to transform strategy and operations to increase the overall financial performance of those organisations.

Vijayan Seshasayee is experienced in driving strategic planning and financial performance for high-growth technology companies. Currently Sr Director of FP&A at Globality, he previously held Director roles in GTM, finance and strategy at Prodigal and worked as a technology investment banker at Goldman Sachs. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a MS & BS from IIT Bombay. His background spans financial analysis, strategic planning, capital raising, and scaling global operations for high-growth technology companies. 

Magdalena Sailer is the Finance Director and has been leading various Finance & Accounting functions of small, medium and large-sized enterprises in the Creative and Tech industry. Throughout her international career, Magdalena has been recognised for guiding companies successfully through change processes to achieve an immediate impact and to prepare them for a volatile future. Magdalena’s academic background as an Economist is reflected in her interest and understanding of statistics, AI and the link to challenges FP&A teams are facing in the current environment.

Geetanjali Tandon is the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Ceridian. Prior to joining Ceridian, Ms. Tandon was VP FP&A at Centralsquare in Orlando, Florida. Prior to Centralsquare, Ms. Tandon served various roles in FP&A at Bayer Crop Sciences (previously Monsanto) for 7 years, including Digital Transformation Finance Director, CFO of IT function, US row crops finance lead, etc. Before joining Bayer Crop Sciences, Geetanjali worked with Capital One Financial Services for seven years, which was based in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
