After boarding school in Scotland and an accounting apprenticeship in England, where he qualified with the ICAEW, he was an auditor in London and Paris and, by this time, had saved enough money to pay for an MBA at INSEAD in France. His career continued in the European HQ of a US company in Paris, then three years in Switzerland as Finance Director. After that, he worked in Europe with multinational companies for 35 years. This involved intensive travel, which was fun.

Manuela worked in large global businesses in different industries such as FMCG, chemical, retail, and luxury goods. 

Her love of travel has supported her career journey, allowing her to work and gain exposure to different cultures across Australia, Italy, Switzerland, and The Netherlands.

Ben is a passionate operational manufacturing leader dedicated to driving strategy execution. He is doing that by demonstrating leadership and solving complex problems by improving, developing, and redesigning processes.

Currently, Grzegorz is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, following assignments in Poland, Germany, and Austria. He has 20+ years of experience in various domains of Finance (accounting, treasury, controlling, planning) at a local, regional, and global level in Philip Morris International. In the current role, he is in charge of FP&A, Data & Analytics, and Project Management Office. He is predominantly interested in enriching the role of Finance (and FP&A in particular) and transforming Finance into a driving force of the business.

Durga is a Senior finance professional with 20+ years of experience in FP&A, Business strategy formulation, MIS, Handling Investor relationships, project management across FMCG (J&J, Coca-Cola) and Technology Sector (Cisco).
