Stéphanie Didier

Stephanie Didier is a Sr Finance Director at Janssen where she provides finance leadership to the pharmaceutical business in France. In addition, she is co-sponsoring the digital efforts for Janssen Finance in EMEA. In the last 2 years she shaped the vision for digital, supported change management and rolled out key digital initiatives to enable business decision making. Prior to her current role, she held roles with increasing responsibilities in supply chain and the Consumer business in various geographies. Throughout her career she built a solid experience in leading organization changes and demonstrated passion for business partnering and talent development.

Gordon Stuart

Chief Financial Officer, Unit4 London, United Kingdom

As the Chief Financial Officer at Unit4, Mr. Stuart is responsible for leading the company’s global finance organization and is a member of the company’s executive leadership and group board reporting directly to CEO, Mike Ettling. In this role, he oversees all financial functions, corporate development, mergers, acquisitions, integrations, legal and investor relations for the company.

He has over 25 years of experience leading financial organizations at global software and technology companies including Dell, London Bridge Software, Xansa, Alexander Mann Solutions, and TMF Group. He began his career at McKinsey & Co. As a global leader, Mr. Stuart has worked across many geographies in both publicly and privately-owned companies and has extensive experience in leading transformation programs, international expansion, development and implementation of corporate strategy, and M&A.

Mr. Stuart serves on the board of directors for SDL plc, the global leader in content management and language translation software and services.

Mr. Stuart holds a B.Sc from Strathclyde University and is a fellow of the ICAEW.

Mr. Rex Gu, CPA (Aust.), FCMA, CGMA, GAICD

Chief Financial Officer, Far East Operations

A.P. Moller - Maersk

Mr. Rex Gu is Chief Financial Officer of Maersk Group’s Far East Operations Centre, which consists of landside and ocean operations, procurement and supplier management across Korea, Japan, Russian Far East and Greater China.

Joined A.P. Moller - Maersk, a global leading logistics & supply chain company, as a management trainee in 2007, Rex has accumulated his international career with commercial and financial leadership roles during his station in Hong Kong, Australia, Russia, Finland, Baltics, and Mainland China. Prior to his current Far East CFO role based in Shanghai, he was General Manager of Corporate Finance for Maersk's Asia Pacific Region based in Hong Kong, with financial responsibility over the region's revenue budget over US$13 Billion per annum.

Rex holds an MBA degree with distinction from The University of Manchester and is currently pursuing Ph.D. with Università Bocconi. Being Full Member of CPA Australia, Fellow Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and Global Committee Member of AICPA, Rex is also a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed Executive Education Programs with Saïd Business School, Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and most recently INSEAD.

Rohan Liyanage

Rohan Liyanage is the Chief Financial Officer for Signify (Philips Lighting) for the Pacific region.

Rohan joined Philips in Sydney in 2013 as the CFO of Royal Philips, which is the leading Healthcare Company in Pacific. In 2016 he managed the Philips Lighting spin-off and took over the CFO role in Philips Lighting. Prior to that, he spent 2 years in Boral, heading FP&A. Rohan Joined Philips in Sydney in 2013 as the CFO of Royal Philips, which is the leading Healthcare Company in Pacific. In 2016 he managed the Philips Lighting spin-off and took over the CFO role in Philips Lighting. Prior to that, he spent 2 years in Boral, heading FP&A.

Rohan started his career in chartered practice in London. Then he moved to Amsterdam to join Philips Global HQ in Group Finance focusing on annual report and investor relations. Then he moved to Consumer Electronics Business where he held a number of leadership positions in Business Management, Operations and in Treasury across Europe, the US and Asia. He has managed a number of complex Transformation projects in Philips and in Boral in finance, marketing and automation.

Rohan is a member of CPA Australia, CIMA UK and holds an MBA from University of Lincoln, UK and Disruptive Strategy masterclass from Harvard.

Larysa Melnychuk

Larysa Melnychuk is a passionate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional and influencer who has held senior FP&A roles at leading organisations before setting up the International FP&A Board in 2013. The Board is a global and well-recognised professional think-tank that aims to bring together the knowledge and experience of senior FP&A professionals and aid the development of best practice in the profession.

In the last three years, she successfully expanded the Board into 27 chapters in 16 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and North America.

Larysa is also the founder and CEO at the FP&A Trends Group (fpa-trends.com), the leading online resource for FP&A professionals. She chairs the Global AI FP&A Committee and runs a number of high-profile initiatives in the area of modern financial analytics.

Larysa holds a Master of Science degree in physics of materials and is a qualified chartered management accountant (CIMA), chartered global management accountant (CGMA) and is a holder of an FP&A certification. She is also a member of the exam content writing team for the Association of Finance Professionals (AFP) FP&A certification.

Larysa is also a passionate conference speaker and writes articles on various FP&A-related subjects.
