Sonia Moscatelli Diwane is a senior finance executive with 20 years of experience across global technology and e-commerce companies in Europe and the US. 

She is currently CFO and VP of Brand Expedia at Expedia Group, where she leads financial strategy, P&L ownership, and investment decision-making to support sustainable growth. 

Prior to this role, Sonia spent over a decade at eBay, most recently serving as CFO for Global Advertising and CFO for Europe and International Markets. Earlier in her career, Sonia built a strong foundation in public accounting and consulting at PwC and Deloitte, working with large multinational and SEC-listed companies across US GAAP and IFRS environments. 

She is a licensed Swiss CPA and brings deep expertise in FP&A, business partnering, analytics, and financial leadership in complex, global organisations.
