Puneet Thakkar is a recognized thought leader in global finance transformation and the architect of the 'Process-First' framework for xP&A. As a Senior Program Manager at Google, he steers the multi-year finance transformation strategy for a multi-billion-dollar cost base, re-engineering core Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) workflows to enable scalable AI adoption.
Previously, Puneet led large-scale financial system integrations at Western Digital, orchestrating the merger of three Fortune 500 entities, and revenue compliance strategies at Visa.
