Paula Andrea Aravena is an Independent Decision Systems Architect and founder of The Golden Sirius LLC, specialising in designing defensible decision structures for high-risk and rapidly transforming environments.
Her work focuses on the conditions that must exist before a critical decision is made, translating regulatory, technological and strategic complexity into structured, auditable and defensible decision environments. Her experience spans high-reliability and regulated environments, including IBM, JPMorgan and GIZ–UNCAC, where she developed a systems-engineering approach to institutional accountability, AI governance and decision risk.
Her current work connects Decision Architecture, institutional accountability and emerging technology, with a particular focus on complex financial and organisational decisions. She is also the founder of STELLA by Paula Andrea™.
