
Leisan Galieva is an MBA candidate in Business Analytics at Seton Hall University and an entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience in banking, financial reporting, FP&A, and business consulting. Before moving to the United States, she held senior finance positions at leading Russian banks, specialising in IFRS reporting, regulatory reporting, and financial systems.
Leisan currently works with immigrant-owned small businesses, focusing on cash-flow management, financial planning, and operational resilience. Her research interests include FP&A, financial decision-making, cash-flow forecasting, and practical financial tools for small businesses. She is also an international conference presenter and startup competition judge.
