
Ananth Krishnamurthy is a senior FP&A and commercial finance leader with over 15 years of experience across manufacturing, consumer goods, and retail-oriented businesses. He currently serves as Associate Director in Commercial Finance at PepsiCo, where he leads topline reporting and forecasting in large, complex markets and supports commercial decision-making across pricing, innovation, and capital investment.
Earlier in his career, Ananth spent nearly a decade at a leading manufacturing organisation, working across corporate planning, new product development, and commercial roles with direct accountability for revenue, margins, and capital allocation. His approach to finance has been shaped by Deming principles and Green Belt problem-solving discipline, with a strong emphasis on simple, measurable processes and forecast credibility.
In Ananth’s view, the value of FP&A lies not in producing more reports, but in strengthening assumptions, improving decision quality, and enabling leadership teams to act with confidence. He is particularly focused on building capable finance teams and embedding finance as a true business partner rather than a retrospective reporting function.
