Sile Lillis
Driven finance specialist with 20 years experience in leading finance teams across multiple business units and service lines, across a number of sectors. This role also included acting as Program/Change Lead across a number of mergers and acquisitions and advising the Board on strategic initiatives. Proven track record in cost reduction and process improvement. Adept at building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent understanding of the business and Industry to enable delivery of key insight into the business units’ plans. Experience working with International teams. Fluent spoken French.
