At the Business Intelligence startup Olga has learned, what the biggest obstacles on the way to the insights-driven organization are.

Currently, as a full-time trainer and consultant she helps her clients bridge the gap between data and actionable insights.

Pras Chatterjee

Pras Chatterjee is a Senior Director of Product Marketing for Planning & Analysis at SAP focusing on SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BPC.

Prior to joining Product Marketing, Pras was a Practice Manager for SAP Business Analytics Services in North America as a leader in the SAP EPM practice. He has also served as a Solution Architect for SAP focusing on Planning and Consolidations around the globe.

Pras is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has worked with various software firms in the Finance space as well has had a career in Finance with various Fortune 500 organizations.

Fernando Schreiner

Experienced leader of Financial Planning & Analysis with 30 years' experience with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture & planning, legal and technology industries. Skilled in Cash Flow, Business Planning, Analytical Skills, Team Building, and Professional Services. Excellent background in internal control assessment, finance decision support, and FP&A. Ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status. Goal-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities. Organized, highly motivated, and detail-directed problem solver. Effectively manages teams across functional, geographic and organizational boundaries.

Luis Parra

Luis is a Financial Executive with extensive CFO experience, most recently with Scotiabank. Luis was the Head of FP&A for the International Division of Scotiabank and CFO in Peru, Chile and the Caribbean and Central America Region.

Luis started in Peru, in a small family-owned bank that partnered with Scotiabank and then he had a successful international career and has contributed to the success of multiple operations. He participated in 7 mergers and acquisitions and improved Finance standards to the highest levels in terms of value creation, processes and controls.
