In November 2022, the 12th FP&A Board in Zurich continued our global debate on xP&A: why moving to xP&A is crucial, what xP&A is, how to implement it, and with what methods.
More than 30 senior finance professionals, representing such companies as Hitachi Energy, Siemens, Barry Callebaut, ABB, Lonza, Novartis, Ecolab, Sonova, Takeda, Mondelez International, Astellas, Swissport and many others, took part in this dynamic discussion.
