Mariya Guttoh

Mariya Guttoh is a Director of FP&A and Treasury at a high-growth global fintech, where she leads financial planning, forecasting, treasury, and large-scale finance transformation initiatives across multiple emerging markets. She specializes in building tech-enabled, AI-ready finance functions that support rapid growth, product expansion, and better decision-making.

Mariya holds an MBA in Finance and International Business and completed a post-graduate program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning focused on business applications. She is a frequent speaker on AI in FP&A, data-driven finance, and change management.

Julian Scutari

International CFO and FP&A leader who has built and led planning and business finance teams in complex, global organizations. He most recently served as VP Global FP&A at ITT (public industrial) and previously spent 13 years at Kimberly-Clark (public CPG) and 7 years at SC Johnson (private CPG) in senior finance roles across North and Latin America.

Julián has worked and lived in more than 10 countries and partners across cultures and functions to translate strategy into measurable outcomes through driver-based forecasting, performance management, and finance transformation. His current focus is practical AI in finance: reducing manual work, improving insight quality, and accelerating decision-making, while strengthening data integrity, governance, and economic accountability. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and contributes through speaking, writing, mentoring, and coaching.

Oliver Sullivin

Oliver has 24 years of cross-vertical experience in transforming clients' planning, analysis, and reporting processes and landscapes, with an emphasis on business modelling. Working with a range of enterprise class performance management and business intelligence platforms, for both vendors and partner organisations.
