Shane Hansen is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Planful. He has over 15 years of finance and technology experience, with significant go-to-market, analytics, and business performance expertise. Prior to joining Planful in April 2020, Hansen served as Divisional CFO for Vivint Smart Home, where he had previously served as Vice President (VP) of Finance, Strategy, Innovation & Business Development. Before that role, Hansen held several key financial analytics, go-to-market, and value creation leadership positions with security software leader Symantec, where he became the VP of Finance, Enterprise Security. Earlier in his career, Hansen served as a financial analyst, law clerk, and consultant/developer for various organizations after completing a Fulbright fellowship. Hansen’s academic credentials include an MBA from the Wharton School, a JD from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Russian and international development from Brigham Young University.
Johan Hoff

Johan is a member of the VFS Executive Management Team. With almost 20 years of experience within VFS and the Volvo Group, Johan has held several positions of increasing responsibility. Before moving back to his native Sweden he worked in Eastern Europe, 2010-2019, in roles including Managing Director, VFS Russia, and VP & Managing Director of VFS EMEA East hub.
Larysa Melnychuk
Larysa Melnychuk is a passionate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional and influencer who has held senior FP&A roles at leading organisations before setting up the International FP&A Board in 2013. The Board is a global and well-recognised professional think-tank that aims to bring together the knowledge and experience of senior FP&A professionals and aid the development of best practice in the profession.
In the last three years, she successfully expanded the Board into 27 chapters in 16 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and North America.
Larysa is also the founder and CEO at the FP&A Trends Group (fpa-trends.com), the leading online resource for FP&A professionals. She chairs the Global AI FP&A Committee and runs a number of high-profile initiatives in the area of modern financial analytics.
Larysa holds a Master of Science degree in physics of materials and is a qualified chartered management accountant (CIMA), chartered global management accountant (CGMA) and is a holder of an FP&A certification. She is also a member of the exam content writing team for the Association of Finance Professionals (AFP) FP&A certification.
Larysa is also a passionate conference speaker and writes articles on various FP&A-related subjects.
Mike Huthwaite
Thought leader in the area of Strategic Finance. A finance professional with 20 years of experience, Mike has worked for numerous mid-market and large multi-national organizations.
Mike is an advocate for Cash Flow and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analytics. He is a regular speaker and blogger on the topics of uncertainty, Real Options (advanced scenario analysis) and various financial modeling technologies.
