The FP&A Trends Webinar: FP&A Roadmap: How to Master Rolling Forecasts

The webinar is proudly sponsored by:

Global Webinar

The 2020’s economic volatility has put the shortcomings of traditional FP&A process on full display. It became very clear that organisations need to transform their static budgeting and planning processes to become more agile and adaptable.

Are we ready to put our company’s ability to respond to opportunities and threats in the marketplace at risk, especially if our company is operating in a more dynamic and volatile business environment?

Rolling Forecast is an essential tool for financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with a potential to radically transform corporates’ traditional budgeting process.

An effective Rolling Forecast expands planning horizons, reduces FP&A cycles, and helps in executing organisational strategies. Companies will realise the Rolling Forecast's full potential only when they are ready to change and to transform their analytical capabilities. If it is not implemented with thought, it can become another non-value adding process, an expensive timewaster without benefit to the organisation.

This webinar will be focused on the following key areas:

  • Evolution of the Forecasting Process: moving from Traditional to Rolling
  • Rolling Forecast: Key factors for successful implementation
  • Three stages of Rolling Forecast Maturity
  • Practical examples
  • Key steps to successful process implementation
