Vignesh Dumonceau is a strategic finance leader and CFO with extensive international experience in FP&A, finance transformation, business partnering, and performance management.
He currently serves as Country CFO at Wago, leading finance activities and partnering with business leaders to drive profitable growth.
Previously, Vignesh held senior finance leadership roles with Baxter, Flex, Syngenta and private equity-backed organizations, supporting M&A, ERP transformation, and operational improvement initiatives.
He holds an MBA from Skema Lille Business Graduate Business School France and professional certifications including CMA, CIA, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
