Lana Ilchenko is a finance transformation specialist working on an interim and advisory basis with private, equity-backed, and multi-territory businesses. She is currently engaged with a company in the energy sector.

Her career spans Finance Director, EVP of Global FP&A, and divisional CFO roles within complex services organisations. She has direct experience in the operational and structural realities behind large-scale change, with expertise in FP&A, M&A, integration, financial systems, data architecture, and finance transformation.

Lana focuses on building the structural foundations that help finance functions move beyond reporting and operate as decision engines. She holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations, an MBA, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
