On the 22nd of February, the FP&A Trends Group held a webinar on Integrated FP&A. This time, the panel of senior finance practitioners from Mondelez, Mitie, and Jedox discussed what we need to consider before aligning our plans.
Ashvin Sood
Ashvin Sood is currently the Operations Finance Manager at George Weston Foods New Zealand, where he has been for seven years.
Ashvin has had a 20-year career, where he has demonstrated strong leadership skills. He has been part of major cultural change and process improvements, including implementing new ERP systems, driving through new ideas and strategies, and demonstrating effective stakeholder engagement and strong influencing skills. He has a very strong interest in FP&A and has been an active participant and contributor to the International FP&A Board for the last four years.

In any technological transformation adventure, start with the data and start small. Good clean data, standardised across your organisation always leads to better outcomes. Start small but ensure you can scale up quickly. This ensures you learn and fail early before you go big.
