The main subject of the discussion was Reinventing FP&A: Key Lessons Learned from the Pandemic.
The main lessons learned from the Toronto FP&A Board are:
- The next level of FP&A Business Partnering requires new skills and knowledge, including face-to-face and remote interaction.
- People, teams and multifunctional collaboration are essential
